I had Alex & Simon at my house. Hands down, they are the best workmen EVER, by miles. They arrive on time, are polite, super clean & tidy in their work & cleaning up afterwards. Spectacularly good work was carried out by them both. They clearly take pride in the quality of work they do & their cleanliness in people’s homes, which is sadly lacking for most trade's people today who just don’t care how shoddy their work is or have no respect for people’s property.

What a great company to bring in to your home.arrived on time,was told what was to be done with the boiler. And after that the job was carried out with out fuss/mess. Acouple of great fitters, and very friendly office staff. All followed off by anice friendly inspection by a senior member of grant store. Will highly recommend this company for any work you need doing from the office staff upto the inspector who calls invited within 24hours. Many thanks.

Had solar panels installed by Grant Store and the whole experience greatly exceeded expectations. The process was very smooth, from the booking, to the communication of the steps, through to execution. It's a 3 day process (actually 3 half days). The scaffolders, the roofers and the electricians all arrived as expected and just got on with the job and all of them were friendly and communicated well. I don't usually leave reviews but this level of service deserves recognition

The two surveyor's who came out were very professional and personal, we had a laugh about one being a Wigan warriors fan and we're Rhinos fans lol. Then Rob who came out to fit the boiler again very professional and personal, very tidy workmanship. Can't thank your company enough, new boiler fitted in less than a week and easy to deal with.

Fantastic service from first contact to fitting. Call centre staff very informative, 1 simple form to complete then sign online. 1 week later boiler fitted. Surveyor and gas fitters very professional and everything cleaned up afterwards. Thanks.
